Record your workout
The easiest way to enter workouts is to simply input discipline, date and time into your training diary at 1-2-sports.com. If you record your runs with a Nike+ chip and an iPod Nano just upload them. 1-2-sports.com also supports several Garmin GPS-devices, other manufacturers will follow soon.
Input
Simply input the date, distance and time to record running, inline-skating, cycling and other trainings. If you desire a professional training record you can add several useful parameters: Track, intensity and load, interim times, milestones, heart rates, training mates, weather records, equipment used, and nutrition during the training. The results (distance, elevation, pace, calorie consumption, etc.) are displayed at once.
